    I found a ruler in half life alyx. does anyone think it is accurate and could be used for prop making or cosplay?

    I found a ruler in north star just a little bit after you disconnect the wires and free the vortigaunt. ill sent the screenshot of the room when I can. It appears to be in centimetres but there arent any other marking on it so i cant be for sure . I measured a shotgun shell and it was 6 centimetres. let me know what you think! (please try to keep it spoiler free as this is as far as as have gotten, in northern star a little bit after disconnecting the wires to the vault.)

    HL3- Gordon, Eli and the rest of the gang attempt to head to the Borealis to search for Alyx, eventually they find her pistol in the Borealis and the suitcase of G-man, they attempt to get into the Borealis,

    They find them and after a while G-man gets annoyed by Gordon and Eli and takes Gordon to his employers to judge on what to do with him.

    Gordon is set free under the condition that he will do everything to stop the Combine on Earth but they take his weapons (for reasons explained in HL4)

    HL4- Alyx Vance wakes up in the middle of a free fall. Time appears to be paused as G-man tells her about her next assignment, assassinating Gordon Freeman after he took down the Combine.

    He lays the choice up to her if it will be by joining him for the fight or waiting. Eventually she decides to join him, fighting off the combine and at the moment of truth G-man gets them both to the employers and they are impressed by the remarkable works of them both. You won't see the employers but they tell them that they have been testing who would be the best people to lead an army against the combine and their home world. (This choice will affect HL5) you get to chose who gets to live a free man or woman and who will be leading the assault in our 3 dimensional world.

    (Gordon chosen for this scenario)

    HL5- Ep1. Battle of the Universe

    You fight trough lots and lots of different worlds at first (flashbacks) Xen, Earth, and lots of unnamed ones, now you are being transported by G-man to the combine world where armies and armies of enslaved beasts and creatures will fight alongside you. G-man opens his suitcase to get his crowbar out that he lost during HL3, and his gravity gun. Then G-man tells him some stuff about how important this is for everyone and leaves. The battle starts and you are heading into the massive fortress where the commanders and advisors of the Combine are living. Your goal is the core of the fortress where the nuclear reactor is.

    You slowly get closer and closer until you reach a room with lots of weird creatures, they aren't enslaved, nor mechanical in any way. Their skin is made out of a liquid and you could see bright pulses in their bodies which had 4 legs (more a alienish version of the human body) they explain in telepathy what thrived them to do all this, to create the perfect universe, combined, collaborative and useful for all. They explain to you how you have been fooled by the Gman and his employers you blast them and the facility starts to evacuate. A note can be found explaining G-man can't stop time and that Gordon had to do it himself, he makes it to the reactor just to be killed after setting off the explosion. Eli and Alyx get to hear what happend from multiple other sorts of G-mans and Eli and Alyx both cry. Screen cuts to black.

    EP2. Alyx gets news of Dr Kleiner, Aperature Science has been cleared and looted by the Resistance, interesting stuff will be handed to you, a portal gun, a surveillance camera with footage on it of Gman and his employers disccusing the soul of Gordon and what they will do with Earth and the rest of the planets now. Before it gets really to the intressting stuff Gman turns off the camera. After lots of testing with the portal gun they combine the gun with the gravity gun to create a new weapon. The Protogun.

    After you show Eli the footage he tells you to find Gman whatever it takes and to let him know what they are planing. You head to the old citadel ruins to find coordinates labeled as VAULT.PRISONER. You type them in on your Protogun and you get to a world between world. Even stranger then Xen. You see half creatures, tons of different biomes, gasses and objects everywhere, GlAdos head can be seen, A half vortigaunt half human, a metrocop with a stunstick trough it's skull.

    Ebentually after fighting some weird creatures you reach an temple like structure, Gman greets Alyx and tells her she has been expecting her. Alyx tells him to cut the crap and explain whats going on. Gman tells her that his employers are actually humans from the future but from a different timeline. In this time line, Black Mesa and Aperature had perfected spacetravel and teleporting so that humanity took control of lots of planets trough dimensions. The Combine. The humans traveled forward in time when they invaded earth on the new timeline to see what would change, how they could improve on it and would then erase the planet to make new for a planet made by the future humans, perfect for life and letting being small things for the new humans, then he tells her they needed a good specimen of the old inhabitants they had to put them on the planet so they took Freeman. Alyx asks him were Freeman is and Gman shows her a tank with his body in it in his hev suit Alyx tries to fight Gman but fails. Then she realises Gman gets his power from the Humans, she kills the humans, now appearing as the ones you had seen in HL4. Gman dies, you take Gordon home and everything is saved. You get Barney a beer and celebrate as the sun sets
