    Can't hide controllers in Alyx

    I can't seem to find a solution to my problem so i'm trying here. When i play Alyx wireless with Virtual Desktop i see the controlers on top of my virtual hands in game which is pretty pretty pretty annoying. I can't seem to find anybody who had that issue. Any idea?

    Just Beat Black Mesa. Found It Quite Boring At Times. Should I Still Go And Play Half Life 2?

    I was never that interested in HL throughout its existence. I watched the series grow (despite there only being 2 main instalments) and pass me by and not once did I ever garner an interest, until now that is, at least.

    I played through Black Mesa as I thought HL1 hadn't aged that well and HL1: Source was supposedly riddled with bugs.

    I liked it overall... kinda..

    I didn't really like the setting, and I thought the Xen chapter went on way too long -- in fact it could've been this chapter that hindered my enjoyment of the game. In one playthrough I spent about 20 hours trying to beat it. Numerous occasions where I got lost, or stuck, and didn't know what to do. I also died lots of times from stupid mistakes (mostly involving platforming).

    The only thing I liked about it was the gunplay and some puzzle solving.

    My biggest gripe was its length, the platforming and the final 2 chapters (Not a fan of the alien planet nor the aliens themselves - they remind me of the Flood from Halo, and I hate them)

    I rolled credits about an hour ago and my overall opinion is it was better than I expected but wasn't as good as I hoped.

    But I want to know if Half-Life 2 improves on anything the original game does? If it's more of the same I'll probably retire playing through this series, as it's just not for me. But if it's better than HL1/BM, then I will try it.

    What do you guys think?

    For those who asked, here's a video of Half Life actually running on my Toshiba Satellite 325CDS. I have no idea why the train keep spinning when coming from a turn, but other than that it's kinda playable.
