    My specs

    RTX 3070
    Ryzen 5 3600
    16 GB RAM
    Alyx is installed onto an M.2 SSD

    I get frame rate and stutter issues quite often, especially when walking into a new area (not level)
    I get a lot of popping no matter the settings, so it might be a rendering issue?

    It improved noticeably when I locked the framerate to 75 fps, and turned on motion smoothing, and 120Hz.
    Also put this into the cmd launch options - "-console -vconsole +sc_no_cull 1 +vr_multiview_instancing 0 +vr_enable_volume_fog 0"

    CPU is at 30-40% usage when playing. I also get purple lines when it stutters, and major fps lag when opening the weapon wheel, probably due to overlay issues.
