    Unpopular opinion: I liked how long Xen was in Black Mesa.

    This has easily been the biggest criticism I've seen given towards BM, that Xen (particularly the chapter Interloper) is way too long, that it ruined the pacing.

    Well, I don't agree. I personally not only am fine with it's length, I actually enjoy it more because it's longer. Far as I'm concerned, it just meant that it gave more time to make more interesting and fun combat sequences, better bosses, and cooler set pieces.

    Put it another way, is rather have the much longer Xen that's more fun and looks better, as well as feeling more consistent with the rest of the game, than a short Xen that's ugly and not fun to play.

    Does anyone know how I can make a custom NPC? I took of a citizen head and replaced it with one I modeled. But I don’t know how I can make it as a npc in my mod. Or make it talk with faceposer and such.

    Why can’t G-man beat the Combine by himself?

    I don't know if someone asked this already but, if G-man is as powerful as some might think, why doesn't he destroy the Combine himself? Why does he need to use Gordon Freeman who is no where near his level?
