    I managed to get Reshade working on Half-life (goldsrc), and man it really makes the game look better even for 1998, although with some limitations

    What did people think G-man was before half-life 2 (spoilers for half-life 1)?

    I know nowadays it's somewhat common knowledge that G-man isn't human and has certain abilities even the combine doesn't possess, but before half-life 2 expanded the world and fleshed out G-man I wonder what most people thought he was suppose to be. I know he's based on the "men in black" cliché but even during half-life 1 he didn't seen completely human. Despite looking like one he definitely sounds off and had the ability to teleport even before the sequel, with him and Gordon hopping around different areas of xen during the ending. So I wanna ask anyone who played half life 1 and the expansions before half life 2 what their initial theories were.

    After playing through both half life and black Mesa to see the differences I've noticed in both versions the G-Man has a little quip where he says "I relieved you of your weapons, after all they were government property" and he also says Zen is now in the control of my employers, do you think the G-Man actually works for the government or is him saying that just a quirky way of saying he took your weapons so you can't try to kill him

    Aperture Reshade for HL2 MMod

    Does anyone know how to install the Aperture Reshade for Half-Life 2 MMod? The directions on the website say how to install it for regular HL2, but not for any versions of MMod. I have the latest version of Reshade installed, so if anyone can help me figure this out, that would be great.
