Unpopular opinion: I think blue shift is better than opposing force Posted: 06 Apr 2021 09:29 PM PDT I know I'm going to get hate for this, but I enjoy blueshift more because it has some of the best combat and maps in half life, and they did xen right, even though the game is super short. I didnt like opposing force that much (mainly because of the race x creatures) but it had the best weapons out of all 4 games in the HL1 series. As well as some solid squad mechanics. And half life is really good overall with weapons, maps, and enemies but sadly they had some of the worst xen levels I have scene.
