    Why do the zombine try to blow themselves up?

    My theory is that the combine soldiers still have some autonomy of their bodies. Considering they can make more coherent speech than regular human zombies "considering they speak forward instead of backwards and can always speak while humans can only speak when burned"

    My theory is that once the headcrab is hurt or distracted it weakens it's grip on the host. Especially combines soldiers since their brains are modified by the combine. So when they are they grab a grenade and try to blow themselves up while the headcrab still tries to attack whatever it's target is. The soldier's hope being to either end their suffering or to take out the percieved threat of the headcrab zombie to the combine army.

    I noticed than in episodes 1 and 2 zombines are more likely to take their grenades out AFTER being shot. Tho they still do it without being hurt sometimes.

    But that's just a theory. a game theory. Thanks for reading

    All shadows disappear in Half life 2 when i hit Black Mesa east with these error messages popping up in the console how can i fix this.

    Ths hype for HLA is real, despite not being able to play it in the foreseeable future the world of Half-Life sucks me in again. What are the best fanfictions you've read?

    Now I'm not to picky, I would just like to avoid low effort ramblings and troll posts. They don't have to be written super well. Just enough that you could tell alot of thought and work was put into them.

    Any suggestions?
